Payment:

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Cashier's checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover,  American Express, and Direct Wire Transfer.  For international purchases we can only accept Direct Wire Transfer. If you have any questions regarding payment please ask.

Shipping:

We ship exclusively through UPS in the United States and USPS worldwide.  If you prefer another shipping method let us know so we can accommodate your needs.  Customers are responsible for any damages occurred during shipping.  We are not responsible for items damaged by the shipping carrier,   Any claims must be handled between customer and shipper, but we will assist in the process to the best of our ability, with filing a claim.  We will not issue refunds for items damaged in shipping, 

Returns:

We offer a 48 hour approval period on all guitars and amplifiers.  In the event of a return, the customer pays all shipping and insurance cost and any other credit card or fees associated with the transaction.  With that said, we go to great lengths to ensure with confidence that you are getting the exact item you purchased in the condition and originality described.  Returns will not be accepted based on personal preferences.  

All returns must be approved by Rodney Highsmith and must be returned in the exact condition they left Peace Guitars.  Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customers expense.  Upon safe return of the guitar, we will refund the original purchase price, less a 5% restocking fee.
