This is a Set Neck copy of the 1958 Gibson Les Paul Special. Made for exactly one year, and never shipped to the US. Beyond rare.
Gibson could stand to be copied, but the “mustache” headstock was more than they could tolerate. By the next year, all Aria’s had a new headstock design

Comes with the original case, in most excellent condition. Nothing except a real one compares and if you want the original, I know where one resides.
